Yesterday was the best day of the trip so far. We decided to really splurge and spend 5 dollars camping at the Colossal Caves outside of Tucson. We left for the caves in the morning and spent the day hiking around, identifying the local bird species, and playing with the dogs.... oh, and I finally put together all of the pictures from our ultrasounds.After the sunset we cooked dinner in the van, played games (the travel ones you gave us Renee... thank you!), and celebrated our 6 month anniversary with some non-alcoholic bubbly.
In the morning we went for another long hike before leaving the campground. For lunch, we went to Dunkin Donuts and finally satisfied my long-time craving for a toasted coconut donut. Now we are heading back to see George for dinner.
